Okay so I have misplaced my camera...
I followed the same recipe but made just a few changes. I added vegetables to the skewers, cut the chicken in bite sized pieces and cooked them on the grill.
The family liked this version a little better than the original, but they still complained that the meat stuck to the skewers some. I think that wooded ones are not the best choice.
After your last attempt, I made something similar for my family and they loved it. I'll have to try your new method. Thanks for sharing.
